Problems found by lions air before falling in the Java sea

Lion Air aircraft with PK-LQP registration number before finally falling at the Tanjung Pakis location, Karawang, West Java, on Monday (29/10).

                                    

The problem was revealed in the NTSC report on Flight Data Recorder (FDR) of Lion Air PK-LQP aircraft.

There were 6 problems before the nurse fell down, which was stated by the Chair of the NTSC. He revealed the six problems as follows:

flight speed and speed

blackout speed failed light

indicates air speed and altitude do not agree

maintenance lights illuminate after landing

auto trotlle arm disconnect

feel the diff press light is on

The problem of Lion Air PK-LQP, starting from Tianjin Binhai to Denpasar to Jakarta, this data comes from FDR, not the results of an accident analysis or conclusions made by the investigation team delivered by the Chairperson of the NTSC.
